MAS is an abbreviation for >>Fitting Order Management System<<. This system keeps track of fitting orders (for example kitchenfittings, gas stations, sales branches and shops). Thereby all sorts of orders are possible: Maintenance orders as well as large scale rollout programs affecting hundreds or even thousends of indivial places. Depending on the rights of the logged on user, he/she can see or even input all informations of the corresponding orders. Particular pleasant is the fact that all is accomplished without the need of installing special software. All you need is an internet connection and a browser.
All rights to read and write are controlled on the basis of the userename. There are the following user types:
- Employee Headquaters ... with the rights to read and right on all orders (including uploading pictures and documents).
- Fitter ... with rights to read orders affecting him (including weekly schedules and so on).
- Employee Customer ... with rights to read orders affecting his company (including approving given quotations).
- Seller / Territorry Manager... with rights to read orders affecting him (including assigning new orders).
